Koukos famed fine bakery wares manufacturers are opening a new shop in downtown Thessaloniki. We need a logo and packaging along side printed material that communicates the historic as well as the renewed elements of our business.
Koukos traditional fine bakery wares manufacturers located at 10 Vogatsikou str. entrusted us with designing their visual communications strategy in its entirety.
Koukos, being a company established in 1953, required a design that illustrated its history as well as the authenticity of its products.
As basis for the brand we selected an uncluttered logo that signified the cuckoo’s clock house (a play-on-words with the company’s name), featuring a curvy font lending its arcs to the end design.
We also created the entire shop signage of the downtown premises.
With a view to convey a fresh start we elected to depict different aspects of the cuckoo bird and apply them to the packaging and print material.
Koukos has a growing following of Thessaloniki visitors that bring with them its unique products along with their sleek packaging all around the globe.
